Our first event will be Thursday, Sept. 12th starting at 8am. Bring a travel mug and join us for a morning coffee! Stay and chat, or grab and dash. This event is sponsored by the SAC. If the weather does not cooperate we will reschedule for the following Thursday.
Coffee will be provided by the Willy SAC this Thursday morning at drop off. Look for us in either the rear or front yard of the school. Feel free to bring a travel mug to take one for the road!
Our Staff Appreciation lunch will be taking place on June 18th. This is an opportunity for the school community to show our entire school staff; teachers, administrators, caretakers, ECE’s and crossing guards how much we appreciate all they do for our children, and the Willy community by treating them to a delicious lunch. We are looking for volunteers to help on the day, food donations, and everything in between. You can sign up here.
Spring has finally sprung, and that means it is almost Kindie Bike Rodeo time.
For first time bike rodeo families, this is a fun day where the kindergarten kids get to decorate and ride their bikes (or trikes or scooters) around the front playground. A permission form will be sent home with your child later this week. Parents are welcome to come and watch. Rooms 2, 6 and 7 will be riding in the morning, and rooms 5 and 8 in the afternoon.
We do need some volunteers to make this event run smoothly – decoration and freezie table helpers, as well as course marshals. Please visit our signup sheet
